Payments: You agree to pay in full at the programme’s start.


Breaks: We do not recommend vacations because they disrupt the flow of the diet and lifestyle changes we recommend. Furthermore, lifestyle changes are about incorporating them into your life regardless of your actions. Vacations, family functions, travel, or illness should not be used as an excuse to stop eating healthy. Please contact us if you need to pause your programme for any other urgent reason. If the hold is approved, you are entitled to have a maximum of 1 week’s break. The hold/Pause facility does not apply to 1 week or 1-month programmes.
